When using the Mini HDMI connection, please connect the included 30W power adapter or another external power source (18W or above).
iPhone 15 series and later support direct USB-C connection. Earlier iPhone models require a Lightning to HDMI adapter.
Some Android phones and tablets support USB-C video output, including Samsung devices with Samsung DeX, selected Huawei devices, and other models with DisplayPort Alt Mode.

Q: The screen appears too dark after turning on the monitor.
A: Press the menu button to open the OSD menu, then adjust the brightness to your preferred level.
Q: Why does the screen flicker?
A: Flickering is usually caused by an unstable connection. Please reconnect the USB-C or Mini HDMI cable securely and make sure the cable is not damaged.
Q: Why doesn’t the monitor work when connected via USB-C?
A: Your device’s USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode or Thunderbolt 3/4. USB-C ports that only support charging or data transfer are not compatible with video output.
Q: Can I connect my smartphone or tablet using a USB-C cable?
A: Yes, if your device supports video output via USB-C (DisplayPort Alt Mode). Compatible devices include Samsung phones with DeX, selected Huawei devices, iPhone 15 series and later, and other USB-C devices that support video output.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
